Is this the official Lok Adalat token?
No. This form registers you for our private advocate assistance. The official challan slip is issued only on the Delhi Traffic Police website; we help you download and use it.
Which challans are eligible for Lok Adalat?
Generally only compoundable traffic challans – such as overspeeding, red-light jumping, no helmet/seatbelt, wrong parking, no PUC – that are pending in court. Serious offences like drunk driving, hit-and-run, dangerous driving causing injury or underage driving are not settled in Lok Adalat.
How many challans can I settle?
Limits are set in each official notice and slips are issued until the daily and overall quota is exhausted. Register early so we can check and plan for all your challans.
What if my challan is not eligible?
We will guide you to the right forum – Evening Court, Weekend Court, Virtual Court or regular court – and an advocate can assist you there.
